That is why it is extremely important to choose the right system, one which complies with the European EN-858 standard and which has been tested in accordance with that standard.
Determination of nominal size and class has to be made in accordance with EN 858-1 and should already have been prescribed in the project or technical report, depending on the country. If not, the manufacturer can supply all the appropriate information concerning the use of any specific separator system.

Due to the area’s typically mild climate and characteristically red soil, Slovenia enjoys a long tradition of olive oil and wine production. Living and working close to nature, and cultivating her fruits and taking care of Mother Nature is something the people here have been doing there since the beginning of time. This is a particularly sensitive environment, where even small interventions could cause serious damage to the precious soil.
